Vanessa Araoz- Director of Operations for Attend Home Care in Virginia. Vanessa has 6 years of Home Care Office Management experience. Has her associate's in graphic designing from The Private University of Bolivia. After living in Bolivia and taking care of her grandmother and volunteering at senior homes, Vanessa found a passion on helping the elderly community. She believes in treating her patients as if they were her own family. On her free time, she loves spending time with her family and making memories together. 

Hank, a Colorado native, brings a deep passion for healthcare and a strong commitment to his local community. With roots in the service industry, he has honed a customer-focused approach that drives his dedication to providing exceptional care. As Director of Operations at Attend Home Care in Colorado, Hank combines his community ties and professional expertise to ensure clients receive compassionate and high-quality support tailored to their needs.

A seasoned home care administrator with over 35 years of experience. Becky is a passionate leader who always brings a strong focus on team development and quality care. She is committed to optimizing operational efficiency while also maintaining high standards of patient care. She has effectively navigated healthcare laws and ensured patient safety and organizational integrity for the last twenty years running the day-to-day operations of CHC-Compassionate In Home Personal Care at their Dunmore, Pennsylvania location, and continues to do so as the Director of Operations for Attend Home Care.

With over ten years of experience in the home care industry, Tiffany has dedicated her career to creating a compassionate environment for clients and caregivers alike. Originally from Wilmington, NC, she now calls Atlanta home with her husband, two little girls, and three adventurous dogs. Tiffany strongly believes that happy employees lead to exceptional care for our elderly community! 

Amy currently serves as the Executive Director and has been with Commonwealth Nursing Solutions, Attend Home Care’s Kentucky branch, since its founding in 2010. She has a background in nursing home administration, management, and customer service, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing. Amy enjoys spending time with her family, including her miniature goldendoodle, Baxter, who occasionally visits the office and clients who welcome him. She also enjoys cooking and going to the beach.

Qandeel Kumar is a registered nurse with 12 years of experience in the healthcare industry. She has held various roles, including supervisor in a psychiatric hospital, medical/surgical step-down unit, school nursing, and wellness nurse. Her responsibilities encompass patient monitoring, care plan development, staff management, education, infection prevention, and overseeing nursing services.

Qandeel holds a Bachelors Degree in Bio-Behavioral Health from Penn State University, Bachelors Degree in Science of Nursing from Gwynedd Mercy University and Masters Degree in Science of Nursing Education from Northeastern State University.  When not dedicated to patient care, Qandeel enjoys spending time with her family and attending church services. Prior to her medical career, she was an accomplished athlete, playing tennis for Penn State University. Her passion for the sport has led her to continue playing tennis to this day

Poonam is the Billing and Payroll coordinator at Moonlight. She is a detail-oriented professional with expertise in managing both client billing processes and employee payroll, ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions while adhering to company policies and relevant regulations. She is skilled in invoice generation, payroll calculations, Payroll Compliance and maintaining financial records across both billing and payroll systems.

Mary Rose Pinotti Smith (Rose) is the Development Coordinator for CNS and focuses on staff recruitment, client referral coordination, DSP training and supervision, and activities coordination. She also can be found out in the field working with clients about once a week. Rose graduated from the University of Louisville in 2010 with her Master of Science in Social Work, received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology/Anthropology, Minor in Vocal Performance in 2008 from the University of Transylvania. Rose is the oldest of 5 girls, and the sibling just younger than her has a developmental disability, which motivated her to be an advocate and work for clients that have developmental and intellectual disabilities. Rose is also a wife, mom, stepmom, professional singer, and crafter. She keeps her office decorated for each and every holiday, so if you ever need to add a touch of glitter to your life, just pay her a visit.

Linda has been with Loving Hearts Home Care in Wisconsin since 2016, overseeing daily operations and staff management. Linda is proud to be dedicated to ensuring that all staff and clients’ needs are being met consistently, professionally and with compassion

Melissa Settle is a dedicated homecare coordinator and supervisor at a Colorado Springs homecare agency. With a diverse educational background, she holds associate degrees in American Sign Language interpreting and general studies. Melissa's exceptional linguistic skills, including fluency in Spanish, English, and American Sign Language, enhance her ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients and caregivers. In her role, Melissa oversees caregivers and works closely with clients, ensuring high-quality care is provided to those in need. Her educational background in American Sign Language interpreting proves invaluable in serving clients with diverse communication needs. Outside of work, Melissa cherishes time spent with her husband and children. Her passion for learning extends beyond her formal education, as she continuously seeks new experiences and knowledge to better serve her community and the lives of those under her care.

CNA/Care Coordinator with a positive attitude and a passion for building meaningful relationships, Kim brings 28 years of experience in Nursing Home, Assisted Living and Home Health for elderly residents by delivering exceptional care, observing changes in health conditions and maintaining accurate records. Collaborated with medical professionals and families to ensure proper personalized care plan for each resident, resulting in increased satisfaction and improved quality of life. consistently providing compassionate care, taking the time to listen to residents' and needs and concerns, this approach has cultivated strong relationships and created a unique sense of trust and security. Her keen attention to detail ensures that residents receive the highest quality of care. Caring for others is not just a job for me; it's a calling. She finds fulfillment in making a positive difference in the lives of those I care for.

Tiffany is the Home Care Coordinator for CHC-Compassionate In-Home Personal Care Services in Dunmore, PA, Attend Home Care’s Pennsylvania branch. Tiffany believes in fostering strong collaborations with caregivers and consumers to ensure that their daily needs are met with utmost priority. With years of experience in consumer care, she takes great pride in delivering exceptional services that enhance care for every consumer, while also pairing compassionate caregivers with those requiring support. She is bilingual in Spanish and work closely with the Latino community to ensure that families' and caregivers' needs are met and understood.

Jackie graduated from Kings County Hospital Center School of Nursing in Brooklyn in 1975.  She worked in Philadelphia, first in the Neurosurgical ICU at Temple hospital and then in the Cardiac Unit at Albert Einstein Northern Division. She moved back to NEPA in 1980 and worked in the ICU at Geisinger CMC.  While working at Geisinger she also did agency and worked in the Intensive Care Units at Mercy Hospital, Scranton, the ER and ICU at Wilkes-Barre General Hospital, and the ICU and Cardiac Stepdown unit at Geisinger Wyoming Valley.  In 2012 she became a clinical leader in the ICU at Geisinger CMC where she remained until her retirement in April 2020.  She started at CHC in January of 2022, and is passionate about properly training caregivers to ensure top quality client care.
